In Mould Labeling (IML)

All labels are individually rotary punched, which means they are dimensionally stable from the first to the last specimen. The width of the materials can vary from 250 to 530 mm, while the length is theoretically unlimited. We use the UV Flexo and digital offset printing techniques, which provide you with many advantages and options as a customer:

• print quality equivalent to offset and intaglio
• digital prints − for example, for mock-ups
• option to add variable data such as bar codes, names, etc.; every copy can be unique
• no deposits of spraying powder on your product
• high, light-stable inks
• formidable prepress and finishing departments in-house
• many options for inline finishing: laminating, punching, spot gluing, backside printing and customer-specific lacquering
• dishwasher-proof and/or pasteurisation-proof
